Terms

These terms cover your use of Bugggy, the website at bugggy.com and the app at app.bugggy.com, including the mobile app, the Figma plugin and the website script. By creating an account or joining a workspace you agree to them. Questions go to hello@bugggy.com.

Your account

Keep access to your email address secure, since that is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens in workspaces you own, including who you invite.

Your content

Your screens, comments, recordings and files stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only so Bugggy can work for you and the people you share them with. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Bugggy to break the law, send spam or harm other people.
• Do not add the Bugggy script to a site you do not run, or use it to collect what visitors type.
• Do not try to get into workspaces, accounts or systems that are not yours.

Plans and billing

Plans and prices are on the pricing page, with the date they were set. Usage past a plan's allowance is billed at the level you pick for the month. If a price changes, we will tell workspace owners before it applies.

Ending

You can stop using Bugggy and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

No warranty

Bugggy is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose data, so keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app and in the changelog, and the date at the top will change.
